Treatment Coordinator / Front of House

Practice: Large Mixed NHS & Private
Salary: £30,000 + monthly commission
The Opportunity
We re looking for a confident, warm and commercially minded Treatment Coordinator to join a busy dental practice in Batley as part of a rapidly growing dental brand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating an exceptional patient experience but also understands the importance of converting enquiries, building relationships and helping patients move forward with treatment.
You ll be the face of the practice while playing an important role in its continued private growth.
The Role
You ll manage the patient journey from the moment someone contacts or walks into the practice, ensuring they receive a welcoming, professional and seamless experience.
You'll work closely with clinicians to support private treatment enquiries, follow up treatment plans and help patients understand their options, including costs and finance.
You ll be confident picking up the phone, following up opportunities and building genuine relationships with patients, not simply waiting for the diary to fill itself.
About You
We re looking for someone who is:
Previous dental or Treatment Coordinator experience would be advantageous, but attitude, personality and commercial awareness are just as important.
