The position involves delivering trauma-informed support and high-level care to vulnerable children through various placement structures.
Flexible arrangements allow professionals to deliver care full-time or provide weekend respite around their existing employment.
Partner organisations provide structured financial allowances, continuous professional development, and dedicated multidisciplinary support.
Delivering dedicated, high-level trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex support requirements.
Providing immediate, emergency safe housing for young individuals entering care during urgent situations.
Facilitating planned weekend respite placements to offer stability to children while accommodating current career commitments.
Collaborating with therapeutic, psychological, and clinical teams to implement tailored care plans.
Maintaining accurate developmental progress logs and participating in professional multi-agency reviews.
Creating a secure, nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being, educational development, and independence.
Experience: Background in social work, teaching, nursing, youth engagement, or allied health care is strongly preferred but not essential.
Property: A dedicated, suitable spare bedroom in a permanent residence.
Age & Residency: Aged 21 or over with full UK residency or Indefinite Leave to Remain.
