We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join a dedicated Learning Disabilities Team in the West Midlands. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred social work practice, ensuring individuals are empowered to make choices and have control over the support they receive.
The Role
As a Social Worker within the Learning Disabilities Team, you will manage a varied caseload and work closely with individuals, families, carers, health professionals, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975. As this role is eligible for an Enhanced DBS check, applicants are required to declare any cautions and convictions that are not protected under current filtering rules.
