We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Practitioner to join a dynamic Adults Social Care team within a local authority in the West Midlands. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key leadership role, providing professional guidance, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred interventions for adults with complex needs.
