Team Leader - Complex Care & Rehabilitation Support

Location: Cambridgeshire - based in the client's own home
Pay: £20.86 per hour
Hours: 32 hours per week

This is a varied and rewarding role combining hands-on complex care, team leadership and dedicated management time. The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating the day shift to ensure smooth daily operations

The Role

You will work a combination of Early and Late shifts across a seven-day rota:
