Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Housing Scheme Tenancy Management Officer Manager to join a leading Supported Housing Service based in Post Code Area CH2 Chester of Cheshire, who is really passionate about providing a personal housing support services.
This role is working full time, 37.5 hours weekly between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, start and finish times can be slightly amended to suit if needed and optional overtime on weekends and evenings may be possible if desired.

Deliver a high quality housing management service that meets the needs and expectations of current and future residents and the wider community in line with Housing Services' business plan.
Develop, build and maintain relationships with current and future customers and other key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management of housing management services, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensure these are acted upon.
Update and maintain all manual and computerised records in an accurate and timely manner to ensure compliance with the Group s Record Management and Data Protection policies
Ensure the effective management of complaints in line with policy, focussing on first contact resolution and the identification of future learning opportunities to achieve customer service excellence.

As the friendly face of Two Rivers Housing, you ll use your skills and expertise to deliver a great customer experience for our HomePlus tenants. You ll work directly with partner agencies, inhouse teams, and friends and family to champion the needs of those on your scheme and be the first point of contact for queries and information.
