Are you passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives? As a Health & Wellbeing Practitioner, you ll play a key role in supporting individuals in prison to improve their health and wellbeing, reduce harm and prepare for a successful transition back into the community.

Please note this is a full time 37.5 hours weekly vacancy working Monday to Friday with one late evening worked a week and one Saturday a month. The role is based across HMP Usk and HMP Prescoed. Both sites are inaccessible by public transport so a car is required.
