Forest Care Selection have a unique opportunity for a Team Manager for a unique provider in the North Hampshire area.
This role will work in their Community Care team and will lead a team of care and support workers.
The Team Manager in North Hampshire will:
• Lead the team and ensure they are effectively trained, motivated and resourced to deliver the highest standards of care and support.
• Support the service manager with all elements of running the service including recruitment and developing and maintaining support and care plans.
The Team Manager in North Hampshire will need:
• Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or willingness to work towards.
