Team Leader - Complex Care & Rehabilitation Support

Location: Cambridgeshire - based in the client's own home
Pay: £20.86 per hour
Hours: 32 hours per week
Shift pattern: One 12-hour care shift, one night shift and 15 hours of dedicated admin time per week

Mash Care is recruiting on behalf of a private client for an experienced and confident Team Leader to lead an established support team working with an individual in their own home in Cambridgeshire.

This is a varied and rewarding role combining hands-on complex care, team leadership and dedicated management time. You won't be expected to squeeze the leadership responsibilities in around care shifts the role includes 15 hours of dedicated admin time each week to manage the team, rotas, care plans, risk assessments and the wider running of the package.

The role

The position is paid at £20.86 per hour and consists of:

About the role:

About you:
