Professional qualification or relevant workplace experience (ideally with level 5 care manager qualification)
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a full and varied workload effectively to meet deadlines with the ability to work well under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service and act as the person in charge including management of staff and expenditure. Deliver the strategic and financial objectives agreed for the branch.
• Build a competent team who maintain strong working relationships with each other and external stakeholders.
