Pay Rate: £900 £975 per day Umbrella, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Interim Director of Adult Social Services to provide senior leadership across Adult Social Care, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services that improve outcomes, promote independence and meet statutory responsibilities.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for service transformation, safeguarding, commissioning, partnership working, performance improvement, governance and financial management.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a senior Adult Social Care leader with a strong track record of strategic management within a local authority or similar environment. You will have extensive knowledge of statutory adult social care, safeguarding, commissioning and service transformation, alongside the ability to lead complex services and build strong relationships at senior level.
You will be strategic, collaborative and outcomes-focused, with the leadership skills and experience to drive improvement while maintaining a strong focus on residents, quality and financial sustainability.
