Waking Night Rehabilitation Support Worker
Location: Rotherham

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Rehabilitation Support Worker to provide high-quality care to individuals as they recover and relearn skills after they have had an accident or injury. The work we do at Ariya Neuro Care makes a profound impact on peoples' lives.
The role:
We're looking for a proactive person to join our rehabilitation service on nights. Our service in Rotherham is a high-quality environment, with a focus on developing people. We provide a great induction programme with supportive shadowing shifts and development opportunities.
The role is from 10pm until 8am and the shifts are based on a rota basis, including some weekends. Training will be during day-time hours.
The ideal candidate would be happy both working on their own and within a team, be proactive and have a good sense of humour. The team are really friendly, welcoming and supportive and there are good training and development opportunities.
The waking night team support individuals to develop a good sleep /wake cycle and offer reassurance and support overnight. This role also involves some personal care, cleaning duties and some paperwork to prepare the service for the next day.

Location: Crowborough/Tunbridge Wells Area
Salary: £15.91 per hour
