The Money:

• 16.30 per hour ( 15.30 if aged 21 or under)
• 750 sign-on bonus, paid after three months
• Annual performance-related pay increases up to 8%

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT:

• Lead night shifts with authority and warmth, supporting residents through the hours when good care makes the biggest difference
• Support and develop junior team members with regular one-to-ones
• Champion person-centred care and challenge poor practice when you see it

You ll support older and vulnerable tenants to live independently in their own homes, supervising Care at Home Workers while also delivering hands?on care.
