We're looking for an experienced Support Worker to support customers who may have challenging behaviour linked to mental ill health and alcohol/substance misuse.
The role includes: ️ Supporting customers with their individual needs and support plans ️ Risk assessment and risk management ️ Building positive relationships and providing day-to-day support ️ Accurate record keeping and using computer systems ️ Working confidently on your own and as part of a team ️ Responding calmly and professionally to challenging situations
We're looking for someone who is: Resilient and adaptable A confident communicator Friendly, approachable and positive Comfortable working under pressure Flexible with working hours Experienced in support work or working with vulnerable adults
Basic/Enhanced DBS required, subject to the role.
