SALARY: 33,000 per year - 16.31 per hour ( 15.31 for ages 21 and under) + 750 welcome bonus

THE ROLE OF SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT

We are hiring for a respected residential nursing home in Lincolnshire that is recently under new management. The home is on a new path, focusing on raising standards, strengthening the team, and providing genuinely person-centred care.

The Senior Care Assistant role is essential for nighttime operations. As a senior team leader on nights, you'll guide the team during the most crucial hours. Remuneration: WHAT'S ON OFFER

The Money:

• 16.30 per hour ( 15.30 if aged 21 or under)
• 750 sign-on bonus, paid after three months
• Annual performance-related pay increases up to 8%

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT:

• Lead night shifts with authority and warmth, supporting residents through the hours when good care makes the biggest difference
• Support and develop junior team members with regular one-to-ones
• Champion person-centred care and challenge poor practice when you see it
• Contribute meaningfully to shift handovers and care planning
• Ensure high standards of care are maintained across the night shift
