About the role:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to join us here at Runwood Homes. Our Marketing Executives create high-quality content for our homes across the group, developing, implementing and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. A key part of this Marketing Executive role involves creating engaging press releases to promote the group s projects, events and successes. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media posts across a range of platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. As a Marketing Executive for Runwood Homes, you will be required to manage and optimise digital marketing efforts, and conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences and competitive insights.
This role is fully office-based.

About you:
The successful Marketing Executive will have proven experience within a marketing role, with a track record of managing successful social media accounts. You will have a creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience using tools including Canva and Photoshop is advantageous, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. We require our Marketing Executives to have excellent written and communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.
A degree in Marketing or other related fields is advantageous.

Are you working in internal or inside scientific sales and ready to take the next step into a field-based role?
We're working with a well-established and growing scientific business specialising in laboratory equipment and consumables. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to develop their London territory, covering customers within the M25.
You don't need years of field sales experience. If you have around 12 months+ sales experience, ideally within scientific, biotech or life sciences, and you're commercially driven, proactive and ready for more, this could be a brilliant next move.
You'll be home and field based, spending time with customers across London, with occasional travel to the company's Birmingham HQ.

About you
