We are looking for a dedicated Health Care Assistant. You need at least 6 months of experience in this role. If you do not have a current Enhanced DBS or Moving & Handling (M&H) training, we will help you apply for the DBS and provide the practical training.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health needs.
Assist senior staff and nurses in carrying out patient care plans.
Help patients with daily living activities while encouraging their independence.
Monitor patient behavior, mood, and well-being, and report changes to the team.
Use calm communication to support patients during times of distress or anxiety.
Keep accurate, clear notes on patient progress and daily observations.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone.
Escalate any safety or safeguarding concerns to management immediately.

DBS Check: Willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check (or hold a current one).
