As a Field Care Supervisor, you will help ensure clients receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care in their own homes.

Conducting regular field-based supervision and spot checks of care staff.
Visiting clients in their homes to monitor the quality and delivery of care.
Supporting care workers with guidance, coaching and day-to-day practice.
Participating in client reviews and gathering feedback from clients and families.
Ensuring care plans and risk assessments reflect clients' current needs.
Identifying and escalating safeguarding, medication, health and wellbeing concerns.
Supporting the management of incidents, complaints and concerns.
Monitoring care worker performance and identifying training and development needs.
Supporting the induction and development of new care workers.
Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
Working closely with the Registered Manager and office team.
Helping to maintain compliance with CQC and organisational standards.

Experienced within domiciliary/home care.

Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues.
Organised, reliable and able to work independently in a field-based role.
Confident identifying concerns and escalating issues appropriately.
Comfortable using care plans, risk assessments and care documentation.

Senior Carers looking to progress
