We are looking for a Rent and Service Charge Specialist to lead the accurate setting, implementation and recovery of rents and service charges across the Association's housing portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, tenancy agreements and organisational policies. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary case reviews, design person-centred rehabilitation and recovery plans, and ensure clinical excellence across community-based packages. You will work in close partnership with NHS trusts, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Adult Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs), allied health professionals (OTs, Physios), and local authorities to support community reintegration, foster independence, and reduce avoidable admissions.
