Our client is a luxury wellness brand redefining lymphatic drainage through a unique blend of sculpting techniques and Ayurvedic principles. Our Knightsbridge flagship is the heart of the brand - delivering a high-touch, results-driven and deeply immersive client experience.

We are seeking a Clinic Manager to take full ownership of our flagship location and support operations across multiple sites including Selfridges, Liberty and Soho Farmhouse.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone highly organised, commercially driven and deeply committed to excellence.

Role Overview

The Clinic Manager is responsible for owning the entire clinic environment, from team performance and daily operations to client experience and revenue growth.

You will be expected to think ahead, solve problems quickly, and operate with a high level of structure, discipline and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Ownership & Daily Operations

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Knightsbridge clinic
  • Ensure the clinic opens and closes to the highest standard, with full accountability for punctuality and consistency
  • Maintain exceptional standards across cleanliness, ambience and overall client environment
  • Ensure seamless scheduling, room utilisation and operational flow at all times

Team Management & Leadership

  • Manage, lead and oversee therapists and front-of-house team
  • Create and manage weekly rotas, ensuring full coverage with no operational gaps
  • Conduct regular team meetings, daily briefings and performance check-ins
  • Hold the team accountable to brand standards, punctuality and professionalism
  • Step in proactively to resolve any staffing issues or performance gaps

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Anticipate staffing needs and plan ahead to avoid shortages
  • Lead recruitment processes when required, including sourcing and onboarding therapists
  • Ensure new team members are trained to our standards

Revenue & Commercial Performance

  • Take ownership of clinic revenue performance and daily targets
  • Drive service sales, add-ons, retail and membership conversions
  • Maximise revenue per client through strong consultation and upselling
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement solutions quickly

Client Experience & Complaint Handling

  • Ensure every client journey reflects a luxury, calm and holistic experience
  • Manage and resolve any customer queries or complaints with professionalism and care
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and protect the brand reputation at all times

Organisation, Reporting & Admin

  • Deliver clear daily and weekly reporting on clinic performance
  • Track KPIs including revenue, rebooking, product sales and team performance
  • Stay highly organised with strong attention to detail across all operational areas

Events, Initiatives & Growth

  • Proactively bring ideas to improve clinic performance and client engagement
  • Support planning and execution of in-clinic events, activations or partnerships
  • Continuously look for ways to elevate the client experience and business performance

Multi-Location Coordination

  • Support therapist coordination across Selfridges, Liberty and other locations
  • Ensure consistency in service delivery and brand standards across all sites

Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in clinic, spa or luxury retail management
  • Highly organised, structured and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Commercially driven with a proven ability to increase sales and performance
  • Confident in handling client relationships and resolving issues professionally
  • Proactive, fast-thinking and solution-oriented
  • High level of dedication, accountability and punctuality
  • Passion for wellness, beauty or holistic therapies preferred

Working Structure

  • Full-time role (5 days per week)
  • Hours approximately 9:30am - 7:00pm
  • Saturdays are a mandatory working day
  • Two days off during the week

  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each learner's needs.
  • Provide sensory integration strategies and recommendations to improve engagement and participation within the classroom.
  • Work closely with teachers, Teaching Assistants, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists and families to create holistic support plans.
  • Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), annual reviews and multidisciplinary meetings.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Experience working with children or young people with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, sensory processing differences and additional learning needs.
  • Strong knowledge of sensory integration and therapeutic interventions within educational settings.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and report-writing skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and multidisciplinary professionals.
