Provide management oversight of complex cases involving mental health, safeguarding, risk, and capacity concerns.
Ensure high-quality Care Act assessments, support plans, reviews, and safeguarding interventions are completed within statutory timescales.
Provide guidance on Mental Capacity Act assessments, Best Interests decision-making, and other relevant statutory responsibilities.
Work closely with health colleagues, NHS services, housing, carers, voluntary organisations, and other partner agencies to ensure effective multi-disciplinary working.

Support staff with complex decision-making, risk management, safeguarding concerns, and challenging cases.

Essential Requirements
Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
