The successful candidate will be required to work regularly (weekly) on boats in the aquatic environment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience developing and executing strategic communications programmes for internal and external audiences.
  • Proven background in scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, R&D, brand or franchise communications.
  • Excellent internal communications, employee engagement and event delivery experience.
  • Confident producing high-quality written materials for a range of audiences, including healthcare professionals, scientists, biotech stakeholders, patients and the public.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in oncology, rare disease or neuroscience would be highly advantageous.
  • Leadership communications experience and in-house pharmaceutical or biotech experience would be beneficial.
  • Degree-level education is required; a scientific background is preferred.
  • Fluent English is essential; French language skills would be advantageous.
