We offer our colleagues
Lavender Lodge is a CQC-regulated nursing home on a deliberate journey of cultural and quality transformation. We are raising our standards not just in documentation and clinical competency, but in the energy, warmth, and professionalism that define daily life for our residents.
As Senior Carer, you will be a critical part of makingthat happen. You are not just a shift leader you are a standard-setter, a culture carrier, and one of the first people our residents and families turn to.

WHAT GOOD LEADERSHIP LOOKS LIKE HERE
A great Senior Carer at Lavender Lodge does not just manage a shift - they shape it. They walk onto the floor
and the energy shifts. Residents feel it. Junior staff feel it. A high-performing Senior Carer holds people to
account with kindness; challenges poor practice without humiliating; and consistently asks: "Is this the best we
can do for this person today?" They understand that documentation is protection - for the resident, the team,
and the organisation - and they treat it with the same care they bring to hands-on work.
