About the Role

  • Encouraging independence and helping people develop everyday living skills.

Working Hours

We have both full-time (38 or 39 hours per week) and part-time opportunities available.

Our services operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so flexibility is essential.

The role includes:

  • Alternate weekends.
  • Some Bank Holiday working.
  • A variety of shift patterns, including shifts of up to 13 hours.
  • Sleep-in duties (available and expected as part of the role).
