A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new Supported Accommodation service for young people aged 16-18 in Coventry, Nuneaton. This is a founding leadership role, you will shape the culture, systems, and success of the service from the ground up, backed by a highly visible and hands-on Responsible Individual throughout registration, mobilisation, and beyond.
If you're a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Service Manager with a background in supported accommodation, semi-independent living, residential childcare, or leaving care services, and you're ready to build something from day one, this is your opportunity to make your mark.
