The Role

As the Dispensing Optician, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient journey while using your expertise to provide tailored dispensing solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing expert dispensing advice on premium frames and lenses
Styling patients with luxury eyewear suited to their lifestyle and personality
Taking accurate measurements and ensuring exceptional fitting and comfort
Recommending lens options and optical solutions based on individual visual requirements
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire patient journey
Carrying out adjustments, repairs and aftercare to the highest standard
Working closely alongside the Optometrist to provide seamless patient care
Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the boutique
Contributing ideas to continually enhance the patient experience and practice performance

About You

We're looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician who is passionate about delivering an exceptional level of care and enjoys working within a luxury boutique environment.

You'll ideally have:

GOC registered Dispensing Optician
Excellent dispensing knowledge and confidence with premium lens solutions
A genuine passion for luxury eyewear and boutique customer service
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
A warm, professional and polished approach
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering the highest standards
A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to the continued success of the practice
