Halton Council are looking for a Physiotherapist to work in Halton's Intermediate Care and Frailty Service (HICaFS). The service includes Urgent Community Response (UCR), Intermediate Care Beds, and Reablement, working to prevent hospital admission, support early discharge, and help individuals maximise their independence at home.
