Complex Care Recruiter to join a growing specialist complex care provider based in Chelmsford. Offering a salary of
28,000 to 32,000 plus bonus, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting high-quality Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses while making a genuine difference to people's lives.
Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, Clinical Leads and Operations teams, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring experienced carers and nurses are recruited quickly, compliantly and to the highest standards to support complex care packages across the community.
The Role As a
Complex Care Recruiter, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Registered Nurses and Complex Care staff.
- Source high-quality candidates using job boards, CV databases, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking and proactive search techniques.
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates, ensuring they meet both role requirements and organisational values.
- Write, manage and optimise engaging job adverts across multiple recruitment platforms including Indeed, CV-Library and Totaljobs.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support existing care packages, new package mobilisations and future business growth.
- Work closely with Clinical Leads and Operations teams to understand staffing requirements, mobilisation plans and recruitment priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
- Ensure recruitment processes remain fully compliant with safer recruitment standards, DBS requirements, Right to Work legislation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records using the applicant tracking system.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial enquiry through to successful onboarding.
- Support recruitment campaigns, referral initiatives, employer branding and candidate attraction projects.
- Work towards individual and team recruitment KPIs while maintaining exceptional quality and compliance standards.
About You To be successful in this
Complex Care Recruiter position, you will have:
- Previous experience recruiting within complex care, community care, domiciliary care, healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses.
- Strong candidate sourcing and attraction skills across multiple recruitment channels.
- Excellent knowledge of safer recruitment, compliance, DBS and onboarding processes.
- Experience managing multiple live vacancies within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
