About the role
Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Bath to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings.

Your responsibilities
- Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
- Support people with daily routines, personal care and life skills.
- Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
- Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.
What you need
- Right to work in the UK.
- At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
- Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy.
