Community Support Worker (Driver)Locations: Tayport, St Andrews, & CuparEarnings: £12.80/hr (Weekdays) £16.80/hr (Weekends) + Great Overtime IncentivesAre you a compassionate, reliable individual with a genuine passion for helping others?We are seeking dedicated Community Support Workers to join our growing team. Your Schedule & EarningsWe offer a structured, predictable rota that allows you to plan your life around work, alongside highly competitive rates and extra cash incentives.

Average Hours: 35 hours per week.
The Rota (Two-Week Rotating Cycle):
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Shift Patterns (Split Shifts): 07:30 - 13:00 & 17:00 - 21:30
Pay Rates:
Weekdays: £12.80 per hour
Weekends: £16.80 per hour
Overtime Bonuses: Earn an extra £25 per dayshift and £35 per backshift!

Key Responsibilities

Personalized Care: Provide hands-on daily living support and personal care tailored to individual client needs.
Medication & Wellbeing: Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor overall client health.
Community Connection: Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and local activities.
Communication: Keep accurate, up-to-date daily care records and liaise warmly with families and the wider care team.

What We Are Looking For

Driver's License: A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
Location: You must live within a 30-minute radius of Tayport, St Andrews, or Cupar.
Gender-Specific Roles: We are specifically seeking female staff for the Tayport and St Andrews positions due to the personal care requirements of our current clients.
Experience: Previous care experience is a plus, but not essential-we provide full, paid training!
Attributes: A kind heart, a reliable work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
