The Scheme Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the schemes and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
Your main duties as the Scheme Manager will include:
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in management of a care service, ideally having worked in an Extra Care scheme or similar care setting. You will need to hold, or be working towards, NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
