Leadership & Mentorship: Provide strong clinical leadership on the floor, effectively supervising junior nursing staff, student nurses, and healthcare assistants (HCAs) to maintain a safe, efficient, and harmonious clinical environment.
Requirements & Qualifications

Valid NMC Pin: You must be a fully Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) with a current, valid, and unrestricted registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Clinical Experience: Proven post-qualification experience working within acute care hospital settings, elderly care facilities, nursing homes, or community nursing environments across the UK is highly desirable.
