We're recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 12-bed residential service in Bridlington, supporting adults with Prader-Willi Syndrome, dual diagnosis and complex needs. As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and individualised support that promotes independence, dignity and positive outcomes. You'll lead and develop a team of support staff, oversee rotas, recruitment and staff performance, and ensure the service consistently meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements. You'll also work closely with families, multi-disciplinary teams and external professionals to ensure care plans reflect the complex and often specialist needs of the people you support, including those relating to Prader-Willi Syndrome and dual diagnosis presentations.
We're looking for someone with previous managerial or senior leadership experience within a care setting, alongside a solid background of working with adults with learning disabilities. Experience of supporting individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome or complex/dual diagnosis needs would be highly advantageous, though full training and support will be provided. A relevant care qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards) is desirable, along with a strong understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding and positive behaviour support approaches.
In return, you'll receive a salary of up to 42,000 per annum, along with the opportunity to shape and lead a service that makes a genuine difference to the lives of the people within it.
