Working in brain injury rehabilitation is different to other kinds of Team Leader role. You re there to encourage and guide individuals, helping them gain the skills and confidence to live independently.

Located in Aylesbury, Kent House is a specialist residential centre providing continuing rehabilitation and specialist care and support for people with acquired brain injury (ABI). It forms part of the nationwide network of rehabilitation support services provided by the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT).
The Role:
As a Team Leader your main purpose will be to contribute and have responsibility for providing quality social and vocational support services for the people we support. You will lead, supervise and develop a team of support workers to ensure the needs of those we support are met according to their individual support plan in line with company policy and procedures and regulatory standards.
