-Comprehensive eye exams and myopia control
-Advanced diagnostics including OCT, retinal imaging, corneal topography, and Ortho-K
-A curated selection of luxury eyewear brands
-The latest optical tech and lenses for precision and performance
What You'll Be Doing:
-Dispensing high-quality eyewear with a strong focus on exceptional service
-Guiding patients through tailored frame and lens selection
-Taking initiative to support daily operations
-Dealing with all patients - even the difficult ones - with calmness, patience, and professionalism
-Maintaining social media presence
-Contributing creative ideas for in-store promotions and local marketing
-Supporting the team to use their time effectively and lead by example
Who We're Looking For:
-Experience within optics sector
-Strong timekeeping and reliable day-to-day organisation
-A team player who's happy to 'muck in' at all levels when needed
-Resilient and empathetic - especially when dealing with challenging customers
-Passionate about optics and genuinely proud of their profession
-Someone who uses initiative, is naturally proactive, and wants to make an impact
