As a Support Worker in the Out of Hours team, you'll provide vital support to children, families and vulnerable adults at the moments they need it most. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary hub, you'll respond to urgent and often complex situations outside of standard hours, helping to keep people safe and supported. Your work will play a key role in building resilience, supporting people through challenging circumstances, and improving outcomes through a whole-family approach.
