About the RoleIn this deeply rewarding position, you will be working within structured, nurturing residential environments designed for children and young people navigating complex needs and challenging behaviours. Your day-to-day impact will involve:

Behavioral Support: Managing complex and challenging behaviours using a calm, professional, and de-escalating approach.

Mobility: Due to the rural locations of several homes, a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is mandatory.
