We are seeking a confident and experienced podiatrist who enjoys managing more complex cases, mentoring less experienced clinicians, and delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload including more complex podiatric conditions
Conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Providing clinical leadership and support to junior podiatrists, FHPs, and assistants
Supporting the development of clinical standards, policies, and procedures
Delivering treatment within both clinic and community settings as required
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
Contributing to service development and practice growth initiatives
Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
Required Qualifications & Skills:
HCPC-registered Podiatrist
BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification
Previous post-graduate experience within NHS and/or private practice settings
Confident managing a broad range of routine and complex podiatric conditions
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Ability to work independently while supporting wider team development

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please note there are part-time hours available (after full-time training) for the PIP role but not the WCA role.
