Talentmark are recruiting for a Legal Partner to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary: 450 - 580 per day PAYE or .13 per day Umbrella.
Legal Partner Role:- Give legal advice and support across the UK and Ireland business.
- Handle data protection matters, including subject access requests and privacy issues.
- Advise teams on clinical trials, including reviewing and negotiating agreements.
- Help the business stay compliant with pharmaceutical laws and codes of conduct.
- Spot legal risks early and help the business plan around them.
Your Background:- Qualified lawyer in England and Wales.
- Solid, practical knowledge of UK data protection law (UK GDPR).
- Good understanding of UK commercial pharmaceutical law.
- Experience working in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of medical device or digital health regulations is a bonus, not a must.
