We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our clients brand-new Emotional Wellbeing Assessment Home in Hinckley, Leicestershire. This is a full-time, permanent position with a guarentee of 160 hour per month. You must also be able to commit to one sleep in shift per week.
About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of a small, supportive team. This new home provides short-term placements for up to three children and young people (ages 8-18) to help understand their needs. Your main goal will be to build trusting, nurturing relationships that promote their independence, confidence, and emotional skills.

What You'll Do
Provide consistent care and emotional support to children with complex emotional and behavioural needs (EBD)
Promote a safe, nurturing environment to help young people thrive
