We are currently working alongside a well-established independent practice in East London to recruit an Optometrist into a full-time position.

Optometrist - Role

Well-established independent Opticians with a strong local reputation
Clinically focused practice with an emphasis on patient care
Excellent patient feedback and long-standing relationships
Directors who continue to invest in equipment, services, and the practice environment
30-minute testing times
Plenty of time to spend with patients
4 midweek days, 9am to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 1pm
Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
Supportive and experienced team environment
GOC fees paid
Option to buy/sell holiday
Practice bonus scheme

Optometrist - Requirements

Qualified Optometrist, registered with the GOC
Clinically driven with a patient-first approach
Friendly, approachable, and professional
Comfortable working in an independent practice
Committed to maintaining high standards of customer care
Keen to be part of a close-knit team
