About the Service
The service is a 22 units of supported housing plus two rapid access bed spaces which can be used as very short-term accommodation for adults with mental health need.
Support is tailored around the individual and covers mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and daily living needs. Service users are actively involved in decision-making, feedback, and shaping how the service operates.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to progress in their recovery, build life skills, and achieve their personal goals. You'll work both 1:1 and in group settings, contributing to a positive, safe, and empowering environment.
