Location: The practice is based in Lincoln and easily commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Market Rasen, Gainsborough, Sleaford and Woodhall Spa. However ,there is a relocation package available for the right candidate!
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits including:

Role Overview:
Working in modern facilities within a supportive working environment you will
- Lead and support the veterinary team while maintaining a varied clinical caseload.
- Deliver outstanding first-opinion consultations, diagnostics and surgery.
- Drive clinical governance, mentoring and continuous improvement across the practice.
- Work closely with the wider leadership team to enhance patient care and practice performance.
- Encourage a collaborative, supportive and positive team culture.
What We're Looking For:
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong GP medical and surgical experience.
- Previous leadership, mentoring or senior clinical experience.
- Committed to maintaining exceptional clinical standards and supporting colleague development.
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to support and develop a successful team.
- Official Veterinarian (OV) status is desirable, although training can be supported.
