You will be dynamic and driven to achieve strong outcomes for our children, skilled in providing support and challenge to colleagues and families and creating change.
You must be skilled and experienced in working with children in care or have suitable transferable skills.
You need to have strong skills around reunification and supporting children to return home safely, pathway planning, adoption and permanency planning for children and young people to support them to leave our care in suitable and safe ways. You will need to support less experienced colleagues with chairing stability meetings, permanency planning meetings and providing practice guidance and support alongside the team manager, whilst managing a caseload so you will also need to be highly organised.
