This Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role is ideal for an experienced nurse who is looking to work in an established nursing home environment with a focus on quality, delivering person-centred care while supporting and guiding care teams.
The role: As a
Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring residents receive safe, effective care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering and overseeing person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Leading care planning, reviews and risk assessments in collaboration with residents and families
- Managing medication in line with NMC and CQC requirements
- Maintaining accurate and compliant care records
- Leading and supporting Care Assistants to ensure high standards of delivery
- Working closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care

Skills and experience To be successful in this
Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role, you will need:
- Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN
- Minimum of 5 years post-registration nursing experience within the UK
- Previous experience working in a nursing home setting
- Strong communication skills and a structured, compassionate approach to care
