What We're Looking For

  • Have experience supporting individuals with additional support needs
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to build positive relationships with students, families, staff and external professionals
  • Be organised and capable of managing a varied caseload
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Be able to advocate for students and support positive outcomes
  • Have strong administrative and record-keeping skills
  • Be resilient, empathetic and calm under pressure
  • Be committed to inclusion, safeguarding and student wellbeing
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team

Experience within education, SEND, health, therapy or support services would be advantageous.

We encourage early applications, as we may close the vacancy once we receive a sufficient number of strong applications.
