Opus Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing bank team, providing ad hoc and flexible shifts across nursing homes in Birmingham.

Whether you are looking for additional shifts alongside your current role or flexible agency work, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents.
  • Assisting with daily living activities.
  • Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' UK Healthcare Assistant experience.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred).
  • Mandatory training certificates.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Reliable and flexible for bank shifts.
