As a temporary Senior Support Worker, You will work alongside the permanent residential team supporting a young person with extremely complex needs on a 5:1 package, starting from mid July. We have multiple roles available across days and nights.
This role requires experienced, resilient workers who can provide calm, consistent and professional support in a high-demand environment. Other experience required includes:
Mental health or CAMHS settings
Self-harm and suicide risk
Ligature risk management
Autism presentations, including high-functioning ASD
Learning disorders
Emotional crisis management
Anxiety disorders
Intervention and restraint
Previous PBS experience is absolutely essential here.
