We are proud to be supporting a leading healthcare provider in the recruitment of a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to add real value to patients within an acute hospital setting working Adhoc shifts opportunities across a 7 day week. This is an excellent opportunity for an NMC-registered nurse to work in a patient-focused environment, delivering high-quality care while contributing to positive patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care in line with individual patient care plans and clinical protocols.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, recognising deterioration and escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with the NMC Code and organisational policies.
  • Assess patient needs, develop and review care plans, and ensure appropriate interventions are delivered.
  • Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive patient records and clinical documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate outstanding patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance, patient safety and quality standards.
  • Identify, manage and escalate clinical risks, incidents and safeguarding concerns in line with policies and procedures.
  • Support a positive patient experience through effective communication, education and advocacy.

Essential Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (Adult) with a valid NMC registration.
  • Previous experience working within a clinical healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety and evidence-based practice.
  • Proficiency in electronic patient records, clinical documentation and care planning systems.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience working within an NHS or hospital environment.
