About the Role
You'll work within a purpose-built day centre and in the local community, supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, who may use wheelchairs, be nonverbal, or have complex support needs Every day is unique - one day you might be helping someone bake, paint, or garden, and the next you could be supporting them on a trip to the zoo or theatre.
You'll help people develop new skills, gain confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences both in the centre and out in the community.

You'll also have access to fantastic facilities including sensory spaces, craft and kitchen areas, a hydrotherapy pool and an accessible gym- all designed to help the people we support thrive.
